The key feature of the Perfect-Bond Concrete Overlay Method is the surface treatment technology for existing concrete. The ND Waterjet System is a system developed for sure and efficient surface treatment, having pumps with an ultrahigh pressure and high flow rate unparalleled in the world and an automatic surface treating machine with an operation width of 7m. It is capable of collecting and reusing chippings and jet water.
Composition of waterjet machine
Within the hood of the automatic treatment machine, revolving nozzles move reciprocally back and forthwhile revolving. Ultrahigh pressure water at a maximum 206 MPa maximum is ejected to treat the surfaces. The automatic surface treatment machine operates with by computer control of everything from the machine travel to the clearance between the nozzle and concrete, which affects determines the accuracy of surface treatment.
